85 brake info
I have a 6 pin connector on my truck that the old owner cut out i was wondering if my truck could have a brake controller and if did or does what would it probably look and were might i find it? Thanks for any help.

It would be about the size of a deck of playing cards. Or just a little bigger each way. It would have some sort of manual control lever or **** and most likely have a 'power on' light or stop lamp light. It would be mounted under the dash or somewhere it could be seen and reached by the driver.

Thank for the help i saw something kind of like that under the dash, but ill need to wait till tomorrow to get a good look at it. If it isn't do places were you buy trailer sale and install them?

Yes, most trailer supply shops and trailer dealers sell controllers and some install them. You can also buy controllers and wiring kits online at websites such as: www.etrailer.com.
