Well .. I do have some brake chatter.... but... I drove my dads truck (almost the same truck sept for his is a shortbed)... seemed to have the the same type of braking feeling.... sort of like a loaping / rolling/ glub glub glub glub glub feeling throughout the whole truck comming from the engine/trans. but only when braking.
I know what brake chatter is and warped roters... it is not this issue... it is too soft and cushy feeling to be that.
Front brake pads might be messed up OR the calipers... Which could be an issue with your front ABS system... Just keep in mind if you have stock rotors they are known for warping
If you feel it through the chasis but no the steering wheel it's the rear brakes. Usually you feel the pedal pulsing a little too. Give them a look over.
I had a service manager at the local Dealership to tell me not to waste money buying factory rotors, that they are only good for 1 turning and thats it.
