460 Gasket Set???

460 Gasket Set???
I need a full gasket set for my 1987 F-250 460. I see at least 3 listings over the years, and a massive difference in price. Can anyone tell me the difference between, say the 1985 and prior gasket set and one listed for my 1987? Also, I plan on using DOVE-C heads on my rebuild, will that make a difference on gasket sets?
