May I suggest to make the flag smaller...move the FTE logo to the bottom left hand corner with the left side bottom part of the flag tip snuggled in behind the cab of the truck.
That way the FTE is by itself & the Flag looks like is being flown by the truck, with the state outline in ther flag.

Rendition #3 is awesome too! For me, it's a toss-up between renditions #2 & 3. Let's hear from some more newjerseyites. Great work!

The Logos shown in msurie's gallery cannot be used because the ClubFTE logo has been affected.
The ClubFTE logo cannot be altered in any way.
This includes covering any portion of it with another colour.

You have to build around it when creating a chapter logo.
