Aqha Incentive

Can anyone tell me if the $500 incentive is still avail for AQHA members? If so why doesn't my local dealership know about it or acknowledge it? Is there a program number?

Trucklady: I joined AQHA two months ago when I ordered my truck ( you must be a member 30 days when you take possession of the truck ). I picked up my truck yesterday...showed them my card...they verified it through e-mail with AQHA...and I instantly saved $500.00 ...it was great. You will also receive a list of many other discounts you'll qualify for ...including new tires. Mulelady

I will visit the dealership tommorrow. I have been a member for about 6 weeks now. The dealer sent me an email saying that they did not see any rebate for AQHA for a F150. What gives? Maybe we can work it out tommorow.

Trucklady: I just checked my notes about AQHA and the article states " $500 member incentive toward the purchase of any Ford vehicle( excluding special editions )" . You can use it with other Ford offers, but not in combination with other private offers. You might check the AQHA web site and look for " membership benefits " . There could be other conditions/exceptions....but it sure worked for my King Ranch.

Is that an F150 King Ranch you have?

Nevermind that question. I see your gallery. But another question. Is that cover the one from Ford accessories or an after the fact purchase. I'm thinking hard about a hard top. Thanks!

Dealers are stupid. The AQHA applies to the F-150. Tell them to pull all rebates available and show you the list. AQHA is on there.

As I recall from some of Jeff's past posts have them run a VINCENT and scroll all the way to the bottom, or tell them to knock off another $500 and call it good. I checked my AQHA stuff and didn't find anything saying it was only good for the superduty.

I have an F-250 Super Duty 6.0 King Ranch ( picked it up only two days ago) , Dark Satin Green with Arizona beige trim and ARE hard top. I need to take a better picture of the top...the contrast looks really classy in person. I've had a dozen F-250's ...but this jump up to an '05 King Ranch is the cats meow. I am loving all the bells and whistles. I had read that the ARE hard top was the, or one of the best tops....so far...I'm very impressed. I paid extra to have the lock programmed into my remote key buttons. I also had it insulated and carpeted on the underside . If you have any more questions, feel free to write me. Mulelady

Nope. X-Plan and AQHA are each considered to be private offers, so they're not compatible.

Volley: I just checked the Ford Hard Top on the web...it was priced at $ 1,152.84. I can't judge it's quality or whether you can custom carpet and/or wireless-key it like I did, but I can see that it is lower /flatter profile than the ARE which has a bolder, molded shape...and for less money ..$963.00 plus $100.00 for the wiring ( which you really don't need ). Jeff, my wife and daughter are both members of AQHA, will their memberships work for my truck discount or does the membership have to be in my name?

Hawkins,

I was curious if you did make your purchase and if you got it from Ralph's place in Fairbanks. I am checking into getting an F-250 and was just wondering how much it was going to be under or over invoice. Are they very hard to deal with as there are only 3 real dealers in this state? I noticed that you said they had a take it or leave it attitude. Thanks

This one is an X-Plan purchase. In the past I haven't had a problem with getting a good deal as long as I stay away from a specific sales person.
If your interested PM or email me and I'll tell you who to deal with and who to stay away from. This will also be the 4th vehicle we have purchased from Ralph's so I can give you service information also if you need that.

The rebate is transferable to members within the same household, so you can use it as long as they live at your address.

Hey Jeff, I didn't break up the "ladies only" thread, but I guess I should have changed my nick to Volleylady to better represent!
