You can go to www.tires.com They should have a speedo calulator that takes rpm, rearend gears, and tire diameter into concideration. Or was that here in the tech section all the way at the bottom?

you didn't mention what speed you want to turn those rpms at, but assuming 65mph, you would need 3.32 gears, and you can play with a several good calculators at 4lo.com also.

The D2 heads are the problem here and there is almost nothing you can do with them. If you have been thinking aluminum now is the time. I would go with Trick Flow because they have a 92cc combustion chamber if I remember right and flow great right out of the box. This way you will not need to change anything else.
