Charging system trouble? Can you help?
I have a 1975 F250 390. I first noticed one of the gas tank meters go to zero. I decided to check my blinkers (had headlights and heater on) and the blinkers were very VERY slow. Turned off lights and heater and they speeded up. All the while, there was no drag on the engine. Battery tested good. Any suggestions from you electrical wizards?

Thanks for your reply. When the voltage regulator starts to go does it perform intermittantly like that? Today I drove the rig with no problems at all. Is there a way to test before replacing?
