still no advance

[updated:LAST EDITED ON 29-Nov-01 AT 01:08 PM (EST)]I still have no ignition advance on my 85' bronco II 2.8L, even after replacing the distributor and tfi module, tps sensor, harness connector to tfi module and traced all wires for shorts and tested to make sure the computer has ground and power. I tested voltage going into and out of computer and they all check out. I even have two computers and the results are the same. the only thing that does not check out is the resistance measurement from the spout wire(yellow wire) in tfi harness to ground. I am supposed to get greater than 10K ohms I get 5K ohms. I get 10K ohms if I disconnect the red main ignition power line in the tfi harness. I have been going around in circles and can't seem to find the problem can anybody help.
