3" skyjacker
I just found out about the 3" skyjacker suspension kit. Can anyone tell me how much it costs, and how much it really changes the ride. I currently own a '04 Screw Lariat and I would like to put the 3 inch on the truck.

I just purchased this kit on 9/21 from 4wheelparts. It cost $1150 installed. This price included additional rear shocks. The kit lifted the front about 3.7" and raised the rear about 1.4". the truck has almost the same ride as before, 04 FX4 F150, reg cab. Just a little stiffer but not real noticeable. The true test was the wife didn't notice it.
I have not had the truck off road yet and hopefully next weekend I'll give it the real test. The only thing that I don't like right at the moment is when going over speed bumps you'll notice a sound coming from the front that sounds like the upper control arm hitting the coil springs. I had it in the shop but they said they couldn't do anything about this.
Once i have it out on the trails then I'll give an update. So far I really like the look of the truck, it adds that beefiness look.

Is your kit the same as the one that JZ150 had installed on his truck? He paid $500 for it from skyjacker. He also said that he hears the clunking sound coming from the front end when he drives over speed bumps. Got any pics?
