I have my window sticker on the 90 XLT Lariat F-150 extended cab that is for sale should anyone want to see it. Contact me and I will scan it and e-mail you.
1. Between 92 & 94 there are 4 different trim levels Custom, XL, XLT, and Eddie Bauer. From 95 to 96 they were Custom, XL, XLT, and Lariat. Custom might have been eliminated in 96, but I'm not sure.
2. A SRW was available in ext. cabs. Maybe not in reg. cabs
3. Lariats were available in reg. cabs until the bodystyle change in 91.
4. SRW was more common on trucks w/o AC, to allow for more air movement. Since AC doesn't need air flow through the cab, it was generally not as popular.

Hope this helps clear the air.

Dad had an '88 and a '93, both regular cabs, both XLT ('88 was a Lariat), and they both had SRW's, so yes, they were available in regular cabs at least until 1993.
Omni,
Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner - Fallujah has been keeping me busy as the news might suggest. I would think that a sliding rear window on an extended cab wouldn't be very useful because you wouldn't be able to reach it very well - but that's just one man's oppinion. I do know that Toyota had a power sliding rear window similar to the power rear window in the sport tracs and they only did it in the extended cab trucks. SRS should stand for safety restraint system in regards to you air bag.
My '94 Supercab has a sliding rear window and is an XLT but came with manual windows and locks but everything else including a/c, etc. Fixed the manual locks with a keyless entry/remote start and don't mind the manual windows--one less thing to go wrong.
Mine also has "Off Road" lettering underneath the 4X4 on the back of the bed sides, what does this mean? Most trucks I've seen just have the 4X4.
