7.3 powerstroke dying

I have a 2000 7.3 powerstroke 140,000 for the last month has been dying out. I can release the fuel out of the water seperator and it will usually start and run fine. May go 10 miles or 1000 before it dies again can anyone help????????

Camshaft Position Sensor. Do a search on this subject. Common failure. Lots of posts.
