Highboy with a six?

There's a highboy for sale around here with a straight six. I thought the 3/4 ton trucks were only available with the 360 or thr 390? Anybody ever seen one before?

Oh yeah, standard engine was the 240 six, optional were the 300 six and 360, no 390's for the 4x4.
