300 I-6 Modifications

300 I-6 Modifications
What are some options for building up a 300 for maximum horsepower/torque? I have an F150 with a 300 and figure that I can keep the 6, since it's lighter than the 8. Stroker kits? Full engine kits? superchargers? anything? Let me know.

are you wanting to run regular gas or premium. dd, trail rig or what
heres what i did to my dd
1. punched out .040 over and .035 of the deck for zero deck height(will varry between blocks)
2. head shaved .010 to true it up
3. cleaned up the bowls and ports
4. 3 angle vale job
5. sealed power h519p40 pitons 22cc dish
6. crane 260/272 cam
7. crane pushrod guide plate and stud conversion
8. crane 99838 dual springs, retainers, and locks
9. 1.73 chebby rockers (nets .492 intake .523 exhaust)
10. 19 lb/hr injectors
11. mustang adjustable fuel pressure regulator
this combo gives me about 9.6:1 compression and runs well on 89
the worst thing about building up thi I-6 is you have to buy almost everything in 16's instead of 12's
