Diesel is $2.13 at truck stops north of Seattle. With truck stop premium deisel I average 17.3 MPG (13.75 to 16 MPG non-truck stop) in my '97 7.3L Turbo Extended cab 8" box. Sure was worth the extra $4k to get that motor compared to the $2.25 for regular and 9 MPG on the gas motor version. 500 miles to the fill up is nice, but @ $60 a pop thats still a wallop!
$1.849 for reg unleaded here in NW Central IN. I think I just spent $65 to fill my truck...worst part was that it was on a SLOOOOOOOOOOOOW pump--took probably over ten minutes. Next time it's that slow, I'm asking for a discount.
A couple weeks ago I got $102 of regular into my F-150
Of course that's Canadian money so it isn't quite as bad as it sounds but it's still pretty scary as the pump heads towards $100.
I just did a rough calculation and our gas would be about $2.25 USD per US gallon.
i pay 82 cents a litre west of montreal... it's ten cents more in the city. every now and then people freak out when some station raises the price of premium over a dollar a litre.. it's inevitable i know cuz we're already getting the new signs with the extra digit for when prices hit 1$
the most i ever paid was 90 cents... and i once waited in line for half an hour to buy gas for 15 cents.. that was many years ago when there was a gas war and it still cost 10$ to fill up my camaro
