Simple, disconnect the air tube leading to the wastegate and plug that tube, now boost pressure will not cause your wastegate to open. In fact I've done the same thing. Anyway, one warning you should know. You don't want boost much above 25psi because the thrust bearing in this turbo can't handle the stress above 25psi very well and you will most likely be paying for a new Turbo. But then you can get a Ball bearing Turbo after you blow your stocker and be good to 40psi.

you can take that even futher and shorten the rod on the wastegate to in-a-sense lock it closed(even with the line disconnected there is still a spring that will open it). i did a write up on instructions on how to do this mod, give me a few minutes to find it and i will post a link in this post.

thats kool, i tried the unplug the wastegate and plug the line thing and it gave me like 24 lbs. 21 with my 80 h chip alone.. i temporarily rigged up a oil pressure guage for a boost guage so i could see what it did.. after that i tried tying a string to the wastegate actuator real tight and unplugging it... didnt feel like more power and it still has that nasty wheasy-whistle when you shift gears.. next i tried just unplugging that wire plug from the thingy that the green-red lines goes into and left the wastegate plugged in... no wheasy whistle but it sounded really loud, couldnt tell if it was good or bad... didnt feel like power increase, but no guages to tell either i need to hook them up will the 10k thing work with a superchip gold chip? how about increasing fuel pressure or someone said something about a resister on the oil temp to play with timing, that sounds like a neat trick
