why would light bulbs in the frezzer explode ? it doesnt get that cold in there. and wouldnt all light bulbs exposed to freezeing temp's explode. my light bulb on my front porch gets exposed to rain wind heat snow below zero temps etc, yet it still works explain this please

My freezer has a light bulb in it. Hasn't exploded so far. -TD

no it is because you own a cheap freezer. have froze a lightbulb to -40c and it did not explode.

The only time I've seen a lightbulb shatter/break in a freezer is when something is touching the glass and cooling one spot on the lightbulb.
I've never seen one explode, usually there is just once spot on the bulb that breaks and falls inside.
