I was looking at Ebay today and saw an older carb listed for a 1970 Ford 390. Anyway, when I looked up the specifics on this carb it was listed as an "Emissions" carb. What exactly does that mean? Emissions?
What is different about an emissions carb and a non-emissions carb?
It is usually jetted leaner and has a different idle circuit in the netering block that only lets you adjust the air instead of fuel at an idle.
Still good carbs.
