Justntime...

No, it's a '67... the ignition is in the dash (see column pics above) on the left.
The color is Lunar Green (and Wimbledon White), original colors.

Lightbulb auto. column shift ind. light

Golfer, tx.i know your truck is a 67' was asking if ign. switch was on column or dash because the 73+ columns with the four-way emergency switch on the column, also, had the ign. switch on the column. if there is no sign of that someone did alot of modification. who ever you bought it from did nice work! anyways,....... figured out my auto. shift ind. light problem. i am going to install a steering column mounted, tach. with night illumination! anyone got a nice sun or autometer tach. for sale?

Not possible that someone put in a column with the ignition in, and removed all that... my guess is that someone took the lights out of the '73 column and stuffed them in my '67.

BB... mystery back on!

Lightbulb auto. shift ind. light...

golfer, and put a 73+ steering column 4-way flasher switch in the column, and shift ind. night illum. light in your orig. 67 column? i doubt it very much. you have the newer column 73+ and they kept the on dash ign. all you do is switch the center column piece.

I don't know...

73+ pickups still had the key in the dash, I'm not sure what year it went to the column, '80? too new for me.

And there you have it... mystery re-solved. '73 column, key in the dash and 2 100w light bulbs lighting up the shift indicator... and half of San Antonio.

I thought I remembered my uncl's '79 having the ign. on the dash....
The 1980's model went through a lot of changes both interior and exterior. It was at that point the ign was put into the column, and the PNRD21 was put into the instrument cluster and lit up.
