As far as I know, nobody does. Yes it is a pain to try and find wheels you like, but I like the look when I explain I have 7 lugs .
Seriously, I'd say you're looking at a full rear end swap in the rear to get the 8 lugs since no one makes an 8 lug axle for the semi-floating 10.25" rear. I could only begin to imagine what the front end would require. If you have a 2wd, we're talking something that would replace the current spindles or modify them to accept an 8 lug. The front end on a 4x4 would be about the same, unless you decided to swap the whole unit out. There is a pretty expensive SAS kit that may give you the ability to put 8 lugs on the front.
Okay, I don't know if this will help at all, BUT the brake rotor manufacturers list both eight lug and seven lug rotors for 98-99 F250 trucks (that became 7700s in 2000-2003) SOOOOO, maybe a Ford parts counter can give you some idea on what the difference is between the lug variation in the same trucks.
where would be the best place to get hub adapters so i could run an eight lug rim?
We used to use JC Whitney's catalog for rim adapters and back spacers when we wanted to use older custom rims on newer metric lug patterns (Pinto to Escort comes to mind). The problem may be that the 7700 and 250LD's weren't built in large numbers to warrant somebody making those items.
Back to the total conversion aspect. It's been noted that some 250LD 2WDs came with 8 lug front ends and rears. Perhaps there are cross over parts that will fit your truck if you have a 2wd. I mis-spoke earlier about the total axle change out, the rear would be the axle shafts with 8 lug hubs, apparently the 10.25 semi-floater does have 8 lug spare parts, I do not know if they will fit the existing rear tubes, though.
Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
