Hot Rods anyone?

I'm just curious here, How many people on this vast forum actually have what they consider a Hot Rod? In my mind, I see flathead powered dueces and fat fendered coupes (and pickups by the way), muscle cars, dragsters, salt flat racers, and oddballs that go like stink. Tell all what you have and why you think it is a Hot Rod.

'39 Ford 5 window coupe, 347 Pontiac, 3 dueces
'46 Ford 2 door sedan, SBC
'49 Ford 2 door sedan, '53 Merc flatty, bored, stroked, 2 dueces, dual point, side pipes
'56 F100 Panel, 350 Olds

I call it my sneaker car.

84 Monte SS
383 Stroker
Edelbrock Injection
450 HP dyno at the rear wheel with a 250 shot Nitrous injection.

I run a remote K&N filter to keep the stock hood, it sounds like an original 305 car with loud exhaust.

Not sure if it would qualify as a classic Hot Rod.....but it is fun to drive.

Blown 390 with a 4 spd..........in a '64 Galaxie 2 dr. Not THAT'S a hot rod

428 2/4 bbls with a 4 spd in a '69 F100........that's a hot rod.

428 2/4 bbls with a Nash 5 spd in a '64 Galaxie wagon.........that's a hot rod.

Those are my toys, and I consider them hot rods.

I have a friend that just finished a 32 Ford roadster with a Ardun head(hemi) flattie . It is classic hot rod!!

A ricer with a fart can/big wing..............NOT a hot rod...
