I have a Leatherman that came with a Mag light. I use it a fair bit, if I don't already have the "right" tool. Usually used most while camping.

I like the Gerber over the Leatherman since you can get it open for pliers with only one hand. Plus, it makes a great 'snick' noise like a switchblade when you snap it open.

Can't be without a small Swiss Army knife too. The toothpick and tweezers are excellent. I really bites that you can't take them on airplanes anymore.

I carry a Leatherman micra in my pants pocket at work - don't need anything heavier for my job - Windows NT/2000/Unix Sys Admin.

I carry a Leatherman all the time. Had to use it last year to kill a deer that was hit by a truck. 5x5 white tail. His back end was opened up and both back legs broke. He was trying to crawl away. I know its against the law, but I couldn't let it lay there and suffer. My co-worker had just moved up from California and he asked me what I was going to do. So I told him that I was going to put it out of it's misery. After doing so, I thought he was going to throw up all over the place. At diner that night, I used my leatherman to pick my teeth to see what my co-worker would do. He called me a few strange names and said never to do that again. I had cleaned the blade but he didn't know that. It was a very nice buck.

I have a Gerber multitool, love it. I carry a small Schrade pocketknife at work, along with a small multitool and slipjoint pliers. I got a cheapo Coleman multi for the tackle box.

My husband gains 10 pounds when he gets dressed for work, once he loads up his belt. He has a Leatherman Supertool, maglite, pocket socket, and about 3 other things.
