Concrete pad $$

Anyone know what a cubic yard of concrete is going for now days?
I have a 10' x 21' x 4" thick cement pad I would like to have poured, and would like to know what kind of price to expect.

I have the area already prepped, 6" of lime stone packed. All that needs to be done is put up the forms and pour.

Any concrete experts out there?

In Northeast Texas it's about $65.00.

Just call up your local cement contractor, and let him know that you need a quote. Give him the dimensions, and they will gladly quote you.

you also have to pay for the truck for the time it takes you to pour the cement... there was a thread on this not so long ago with a lot of good ideas

2 cubic metres.

Stateside > 2 1/2 cu yds,

ONE cubic yard at 4" thick will cover 80 sq ft.

I don't have clue what concrete costs in your area.

Waiting/unloading time $$$$ ?
When I drove a mixer truck,if the person was doing everything he could to do it as quickly as possible, I would waive this charge.
If the person was doing it himself & didn't have a clue of what he was doing,I charged him $30/hr unloading time.

Most jobs were quoted by the type of job & the finish.
Placed & Broomed finish sidewalk = $2.75/sq ft.......The Concrete was extra.

in NJ it's about $75 a yard for 3500psi with fiber although I have an account so you might pay a bit more. we get around $4 a sq ft including cement. They give you about about 5 min per yard to pour.
