Check your vacuum modulator on the passenger's side of the tranny. Sounds like you might not have your vacuum line hooked up or it may be kinked or have a leak in the system. A lot of times that line will come off the modulator and cause problems like you're describing.

My bad. It's just kind of hard to understand questions from someone who doesn't know how to use punctuation, capitalization, grammar, etc. Are you saying it has a manual valve body and, if so, why are you trying to start out in 3rd?

question first is it lockedd up in manuel first or just won't start in that position, if it is locked that is a different problem but if just won't start then you probably have a bad seal in your clutch pack or bad clutches, or possibly a bad sprag, without driving it, it's a little hard to diagnoss but either case it is an internal problem, and you are going to have to tear it down to fix it.
If its locked up it's most likely in the valve body, and is trying to put in 2 gears at the same time like a transbrake does.

well there is your answer the seal is blown on the piston for the clutch pack, and that is your first gear.
