352 to 360 ?

352 to 360 ?

Looking at the bore and stroke of a 352 and a 360, the 352 has a bore of 4.00, the 360 a bore of 4.05. both have the same stroke, So am i right in thinking that a 352 bored 60 over is now a 360? Just curious if it works that way, or if I am way off in my thinking. Pepole keep asking what I have uder the hood

nope a .060 overbore makes roughly a 362! but you are right on the concept there!

You're almost there, a .050" overbore makes a 352 into a 360. Throw a 390 crank and rods in there and you have a 390.

Depends on where you get 'em. DSC has 390 rods for $80 and 390 cranks for $150.
