Hello, I have a question.......did the 1968 ford trucks come with a 352 block? because i just purchased a 68 and on the block it has a "352" casted on the front drivers side...is that what it is? and is it big block?
If your block has the reversed 105, it will be found on the rear of the block, behind the flywheel or flexplate.
Even so, although most 105s are beefier than the early 352s and early 390s, only a sonic check of the block will tell you for sure how much it can be safely bored out.

Decode the VIN... that will at least tell you what the original motor was. But the 352 was specific only to 1967, replaced by the 360 in 1968.
Mr. John der Wilker that is a new on on me!
Until recently, I had a '76 390 block with the 352 in front, but with the 105 on the rear of the block.
I've seen quite a few with the 105 that way, but never one with the 105 in front.
I learn something new every day!
Mr. John da picker, me thinks maybe you should take another look. Those were mold (foundry) casting marks and would not have been cast in two different molds. I could be wrong but I don't think you would find both on the same block. I don't have easy access to it just now, I do have a reverse image 105 block, and am not aware of another image being on the rear of the block.
Thanks, John, I'll check it when I can. I am in North Dakota right now, and I am not scheduled to get home for another 2 weeks.
Squirt me a reminder, would you?
Thanks!

The 352 was used in the truck line starting 1965. I have a 105 sitting on the engine stand at home, I'll have to look on the front as well now that my curriosity is piqued...
