As for the boost thing, running water without sufficient boost will choke the motor. The engine is only capable of combusting a certain charge percentage of water; at low boost the water takes up a proportionaly larger percentage of the intake charge with the same given volume, because the volume of air is less. My first stage kicks on at 16 lbs now, with a .010 injection orfice. The second and third stages kick on at 20 and 22 lbs respectively, with .015 orfices, and the 4th master stage activates at 25 lbs with a much larger .030 orfice (this one will absolutely just bog the crap out of the motor unless running AT LEAST 25 lbs with it to the floor).
The low boost fueling on the six-gun setup is relatively low, so you need to raise your boost activation points up significantly. I would recommend activation at a minimum of 18-20 lbs of boost and nothing less; possibly even more if you are running a large injection orfice. If you raise the points and it is still not making any power, lower your boost pressure, as the flow is exceeding the point at which it will make power vs. rob power from stalling combustion.
When tuning the system, keep in mind the basic principles of its operation. The water/methanol charge soaks up ambient/absorbed heat from the intake charge in order to create cooler, denser air for the engine to burn (exact same overall principle of the intercooler). This method functions great; the side effect is that water does to some extent stall the interal cylinder combustion. If you are running too much, the gain from the denser air will be cancelled (and possibly overrun) with an excess of water. You will see the most power gains with a moderate proportional flow of water to fuel and air.
My system has the capacity to provide FAR more flow than is needed for 6 liters of displacement at 30 lbs of boost. Even the stock two stage system (before it was modified to 4) was too much, if the pressures were maxed out. My 4 stage has to be very carefully tuned and mixed to keep from either stalling the motor or blowing it up----dejavu

thank you very much for all the info. i think i uderstand what you are saying.ive turn the low end down till the engine started to studer then up two pounds the high end ive turned all the way. there is a niticable difference with the water. i didnt really measure the amounts of water per washer fluid. its about 50/50 but the washer fluid i bought had alcohol in it as wel as methanol.. i still think its worth the $$$.
thanks agin for the info
