Old vs New compatibility?

I have a question that I am sure someone on this forum will know the answer to.

I have a 1969 F250 that I am putting a straight shift into as some of you may already know. I also have access to a mid 80s model F250 extended cab truck with a diesel for parts.

My question is this, will the clutch and brake pedals fit into my old truck? How about the brakes and steering column? This truck has front Discs and I would like to swap them onto my old truck if they will fit. The newer truck also has a rear sway bar that I would like to use. I also plan on pulling the seats and console out of this truck.

Is there an on-line source for compatibility charts?

Thanks
Brett

Well I can tell you what I know.
I have recently done a cab swap on an 83 (80-86 is same) and am in process of pulling appart my 72. From what I have seen you may have issues with mounting points and locations. Everything may fit with a little fabrication tho.
Again I have not really torn into the 72 yet so I could be mistaken.
I am new here and in reading some posts there is quite a bit of knowledge here.
