Question BBK Throttle Body for 02 F250

Hey Guys, Anyone have any info if putting a BBK 75mm throttle body on my 5.4L 02 F-250 would do any good. What is the stock mm?

Does the stock throttle body have just one opening? On my v-10 it's a twin valve. I went from stock to 62mm. I have a cold air intake, larger MAFS, throttle body, headers, flowmaster. Just the body may not do all that much.

Yeh, it has one opening. I found out it is a 68mm and my new one is a 75mm. I just put it in yesterday. It took about 20 minutes. I had to deprogram my computer. Then reprogram after installing it. I already have a Flowmaster cat-back with Gibson headers, superchip programmer, throttle body spacer, cold air intake and now a bigger throttle body. I think it added some power and it sounds throatier with no whistle. I think it was a good choice. What's the deal with a larger MASF?
