will 302 oil pan fit 351w?

will 302 oil pan fit 351w?

im asking this because i havent been able to find a cheap one in the junk yard, and the oil pan that i got with the motor wasnt from a 4x4 truck, will the one i have on my 302 work? with minor mods? or should i just get a new one

well in that case wheres the best place to look? cause there arnt any in any junk yards around here. and i cant find any thatll fit my year, or are just to expensive as far as im concernd, cause i dont feel like payin 90$

You might try to do a search on some online junk yards or check ebay.

ebay, you can email these guys www.bradsauto.com they are a local wrecking yard and have plenty of 351w's

the difference is at the front and rear of the pan

thanks, I couldn't remember. BTW, u guys ever compaire a 351 crank to a 350? The 351 one is a lot bigger. the 351 looks like a 302 crank.
