Refresh our memory, what are the details of the engine? This was and engine dyno or chassis dyno?

Well if he has a C6, I could see it knocking the HP down that far..on a chassis dyno!! whats the rule of thumb? dana 60 and a C6 25 to 30%... That 80Hp to add to his what..268..so thats 348 @ the Flywheel...

Is that a roller cam? Are those the .050" duration specs? Also, that 12BTC is for the ignition timing, not cam advance, right?

Sorry for all the questions, I just think we need a little more information.

Holy crap! What kind of cam is that? What rockers do you have? If those are .050 numbers on the cam then I think we found the culprit. Are you sure it's .750 on the exhaust? I'm running a 511 with 12:1 and BIG heads and my cam is on the edge of being too much with a .262 duration @ .050, and I only run .695 Gross lift on both valves!

We definately would like more info on this one.

You mean you advanced the cam 12 degrees? Well that's what's doing it. Set the timing straight up on the cam and I think you'll have the problem solved!

Don't know if it was chassis, or engine. The engine itself looks to have a decent match of parts, but that cam is something else. It seems to be all over the map. A TON of lift on the exhaust, WIDE lsa, and I don't know if those are .050 numbers on duration, so it's either way to much or way to little duration for those heads and intake.

I think that's a good torque number, especially at 2000rpm. It would probably make even more torque at higher RPMS if the cam wasn't so odd. Not to mention the HP, should step up a good bit.

Do you have a Dyno graph? How about air/fuel graph?
