Hay I was just wondering if any one out there knows how I can up grade a 1985 Econoline E150. I have the 5.0 ltr. auto. It does all right but I would like it to have a little more power. I have had the normal tune up stuff done and it runs fine. Should I put a bigger carb on it? Anything that you know would help.

Since you are in California, as am I, the changes you can make are limited. You have to pass at the pipe and visual. So if you make carb changes, you might have a can of worms going....
Since you have an OD tranny, have you checked your diff gears? I'm running 3.50 with a manual OD and a six. That combo seems a little tall, but the six does ok as it's a low rev unit anyway.
If you have this combo, you might benefit from a change to 3.73's, which would allow your 302 to spin up a little higher and be in the power more than it is now.
