Flywheel Question

I'd like to replace the 240 I6 in my truck with a 300 I6 that I have. Will the flywheel from the 240 bolt to the 300? Will there be any balance or rear main seal issues? Thanks

Thumbs up

According to what I was able to locate they both use a 164 tooth Flywheel.
