This forum is for introductions not for tech questions.
You also only waited 2 minutes to ask if anyone is around. Why ?

Fordman, do your dash lights dim when you try to start it? If so, you may just have a low battery, and need a jumpstart. If that gets it to start, but then you keep having this problem, you might have a bad battery or alternator. Also, if that's the case, before you change the battery, be sure to make sure the cables on it have good, clean connections - that's a simple fix, sometimes.

Yeti, or another moderator, three different threads with the same EXACT question have been started by Fordman (which are "Need Help," "Clicking Sound Won't Start," and "Need Help, Can't Wait") - would it be possible to combine the posts from those three separate threads into one thread, so those making suggestions, and Fordman reading them, can better follow the discussion?

have had same problem once was loose cable connection at starter and last time the contact plate inside starter was eroded away
