tired 460?
hey guys
I just bought a 76 f-150 with a 460 in it.....she starts fine, no hassles but runs real real rough, well actually uneven is a better term, and there is a lot of hesitation to quick throttle pressure......i havent torn into it yet, and was wondering if any of you veteran out there or 460 owners might be able to give me some ideas to start out with.....i mean i know its old and tired but it still has life, just seems to be hobbling a bit.....high rpm she sounds like a freight train but i know that doesnt matter so much, i want her to purr
