I've had them for 6 years now & they haven't faded or cracked in the So. Cal. sun. They have a very fine lip & fit in the existing window channel. No tape, clips, etc. I go off road with them & they just stay there.. Lets me keep the window rolled down about 2" and most importantly, keeps the dew or water off my arm
