Kremlin address

What is the correct address for the Kremlin in Russia and for Putin's address? I want to send a letter (not email) about Beslan, but, my reading of cryrillic? is not that good.

www.themoscowtimes.com is an English link for reading about the current horror, terror, and sadness from the Russian side.

No it was removed and the moderators were nice enough to email me twice why they removed my thread.... and I concur

Some posters here (not the admins) felt it too important to hijack the thread for their politics and Mega-government thoughts of blame toward this megatrend or that megatrend instead of placing the blame on the criminals that CHOSE to do this !
