P0340 cam pos. sensor circuit error. Help.

P0340 cam pos. sensor circuit error. Help.
Diagnostics gave me a P0340. I changed the sensor as directed in this article. https://www.ford-trucks.com/article/...ke_Diesel.html

Nothing doing. Does anyone know what else might cause a P0340?

After changing the cam position sensor, did you clear the codes? Simply changing the sensor does not clear the codes. If this is the case, clear the codes and see if it returns.
