Underhood blanket?

Took delivery yesterday 3 Sept on 05 V10 King Ranch SRW 4x4 LWB and no under hood, no plastic fenter skirts front and rear of the rear wheel, no glove light, no door open lights. My understanding is these are cost cutting deletions.
Cost for dealer to order and install is over $500. I got them to add the under hood blanket and rear fender skirts for $375 on their side of the sales sheet. The parts will be here next week and they will install for free labor at my first free service.
I need to open my doors and see if there is hot wiring for the open door lights before I order the 01 part.
Considering the "premium pricing of the King Ranch, with the required Lariate Luxury option, I would think they would at least have these parts on the high end builds just to motivate folks to feel good about all the extras these options include......
