I have the opportunity to buy a Model A truck. I don't know if it would be called a 1 ton (don't know how the heavy duty ones were designated), but I think it has the worm drive diff. I think it originally was a half-cab (or whatever they were called), but it has a cobbled on roof. Most of it is original. Some of it pretty rough shape. It is an old farm truck. Fenders are probably rebuilable. Dash and guages appear to be stock. Anyone have an idea what something like this should sell for? Thanks.
They used to take the trucks and cut the frame down and chop off the tops and make a "Bobtail" out of them to pull Almond trailers, etc with in orchards and such.
If it's something like that, it's only real value is for parts, unless someone has a vision and want's to make something different.
Throw a pic in your gallery, then maybe you could get some more advice, but bear in mind when it comes to prices so much is jsut opinion. What it might be worth to someone who had one or it reminds them of one someone had is different that if it dosn't fit the "vision" of another. But post a pic, love to see these old trucks
