automatic wheel balancers

Has anyone tried any of the automatic wheel balancers on your superduty and if so were you satisfied ? I am thinking about purchasing the centrimatic balancer which is about $50 per wheel but would like to hear from anyone who might have tried them or other models.

dont they sell a slime of some sort that you put inside the tire now and it does the same thing? is that a lot cheaper?

I've heard of the stuff that is put inside the tires to balance them and someone told me that one of the local tire companies where I live will do it for $25 per tire. The only problem I could see with this is whenever the tires need to be replaced the stuff would have to be put in again at another $25 a tire which would bring the cost up to what the centramatic balancers cost per wheel but are a one time deal as long as I have the truck they're on or buy a new truck with the same lug pattern.
