My truck has the Southland package, which includes the Air Conditioner. Just kidding guys. I had never heard of the Northland package either, you learn something new everyday.

I think the "northland" contained a thinner radiator, so the engine would warm up quicker. What is the depth of the radiator?

There was a Northland package on the 90's pickups. Included engine heater and bigger heater/defroster - among other things. I remember a neighbor had one that said 'Northland' on the rear box side.

My 79 150 had 2 block heaters on it, one on eash side of the 351. My dad ordered this truck, in 79' they called this the "winter wonderland" option.
