It been awhile for me, the explorer has been running great. but, the rear door handles got stuck. It was like it stuck straight out and then it went back to regular position and the move but, wont open door. the latch from outside works and the locks works. so, what do i do?????

Most likely the interior door handles assembly. Very common problem with Explorers. I've replaced quite a few in the 3 Explorers I have owned. You need to remove the interior door panel and replace the plastic handle assembly. Last time I bought one it was about $19 from Ford. You can probably order it online for much cheaper.
