all the stuff we ever got from sears has been good. they're pretty careful with what they put their brand on.
i know with sears-canada it's good to watch for a sale. but i've had good experiences with their sales staff. they're not on comission. and they're a little better informed than other stores.
you can ask when they'll be clearing out the stuff. they'll have stuff that was used and returned and they sell it pretty cheap and stuff that hasn't sold they'll be discounting it to move it out
