Sas Underway

My SAS is currently being completed on the racks of Adventure 4x4 thanks to a buddy of mine. 77 F-150 Dana 44. Got my radius arms off an old Bronco, new coil plates from JBG. Using same shocks and coils, New 7 degree Daystar Poly Bushings, Dual Skyjacker steer stabilizers, and a chrome diff cover. Yes yes, I know a D60 is in the future but for now I just need to be able to drive it. Would it be hard to put in a D60 in the future? Or would it basically just mount right up with new C-bushing tabs? Could I use the same radius arms, coil plates, bushings, shocks, coils, steer stabilizers etc.? Would I just need the D60 housing and the c-bushing tabs?

well a D44 is usually coil sprung axle and I have yet to see a D60 coil sprung from the factory (not the newer ones) so there will be some fabbing when you get your D60 but nothing you can't do.

good luck with it, sorry i couldn't help

make a track bar bracket and weld on wedges from james duffs. I made 3/4" spacers so I did not have to grind down the wedges to bolt on the stock radius arms.
