Tightening bumper
my driverside bumperbolts are loose on the front bumper and it rattles and it annoys me so i went to tighten them and sprayed some PB blaster on them. They won't budge and they are not tightenough for th carrige bolts to grab and stay
any tip on how how to tighten them?

I had to use the latter trick when taking off my bed.
might have to grind off the chrome to get it to stick though.
