Which V8 ??
I haven't looked at Explorers or Mountaineers lately, could someone please tell me which V8 is installed when you purchase the V8 option on a 2000 model--the 4.6 or are they still using the 5.0? THANKS!!!!! -Supercab

They come with the 5.0L
Rumor has it that 2001 or 2002 will come with the 4.6L and the 5.0L will be history.
I have a 97 with the 5.0 and I love it!
