Vacuum components: what are these?

My vacuum decal in my E150 econoline has a couple words/abbreviations which I do not know; could some one please explain the following:
Vreser 2 tubes go to this component, located on the passenger side mudguard.
CANP has dottet line to fuel tank
FPRC 1 tube, rear of engine acc. to diagram
EVR 2tubes. I know a EGR but not EVR

Thanks for taking your time to educate me.

What engine/carb and year are you working on?

CANP is usually the charcol canister in which the gas tank vents into.
EVR EGR Vacuum relay Usually has vacuum to one side and the other goes to the EGR valve.

VRES is the vacuum reserve can. These frequently rot out and leak.

Yeah about rotting cans I had heard on this forum, but stupidly, I could not identify/locate anything like a vac reservoir in my van.
The component I was talking about is on the label called "VRESER" and has nothing on it apart from 2 vac lines, red and black; it could be a vac tank, but is is made of a complicated plastic molding, shaped to fit a cavity on the extreme righthand side , immediately behind the headlight.
As it is of plastic, it would not rot.
I had not thought of this as a vac tank, as I was looking for something round, to prevent imploding.
My Chevy based motorhome (454) has 2 or 3 plastic globes as vactanks.
Thanks,
Cor

Yeah, the plastic ones are pretty durable. Most trucks have a round can that looks like a coffee can on the fender well.
The FPRC may be a fuel pressure regulator control, or something like that.
