MacroMedia Flash....

I uninstalled the macromedia player, now I seem to get the "WOULD YOU LIKE TO DOWNLOAD MACROMEDIA FLASH blah blah blah.
Apparently I don't need to have it on the pages I go to, so is there anyway I can turn that off?

A lot of sites are encrypted with flash programs... I can't see why you would want to uninstall it. Macromedia is one of the safest things to DL.

Yes but it pops up like every 3 minutes on Ebay, and other sites. I don't have any problems viewing anything, except while I'm constantly closing that window.

It's a matter of taste if you like annoying macromedia ads or not .
But to remove the "forced download"-got to start, find, files and search for macromedia,or flash and then delete them. Make sure they are macro. by right clicking and then left for properties. Then you can send them to the underworld. If it still pops up, you got to go to the registry to delete.
