wiring harness harassment

wiring harness harassment
somebody, anybody, Help.
I have a 97 f150 , it had a am/fm casette . I pulled it out to put in newer model cd-6 ...but of course wiring harness plugs are different, I went to local audio store and the guy sold me a new plug and two other plugs and said wire these together ...simple enuf....except the wires on new plug are labeled and tho old wires on other two harnesses are not and all the wires are different colors. the only two I have found to be a match are the red power and the yellow memory wires if anybody knows where i can get a diagram or a pic with some labels , i would appreciate it, thanx
