Try Helm Publishing for the factory manuals, but the manuals for older models may be out of print. Helm has a web site so you can check online. Popular Mechanics offers a repair manual on CD but I don't know how good it is, I've never used it. Check their web site under the Automotive Repair section. The CD also has TSB's but you have to pay extra for them.
Another good source is your local dealers. They tend to clear out their "old" manuals and you can usually pick them up for about 1/4 or less of the full price. But the trick is to find one for your year and model - it's kind of hit or miss. The local library may have the factory manual (they do in the Seattle area) so try that if you don't want to spend any money.
I don't know if Wal mart in the USA carries them but i bought a Chilton's manual from Wal mart here in Canada, it is much much more informative on diaganostics and procedures than the Haynes manual is.
